I walked into my first yoga class at sixteen years old. I was immediately inspired by the grace and mindfulness the practice offered. After seven years of stepping into various yoga rooms, I decided to expand my journey; I had a BFA in Musical Theatre and a strong desire to share with others what yoga had shared with me. It was not only an outlet, but a sacred space I went to find balance and clarity in my life. With my background in music and dance, I was drawn to the fluidity, grace and seamlessness of Vinyasa yoga. Every day, yoga inspires me. In teaching, I am simply able to share that. I work to bring this collaboration into my classroom, providing a safe space where others, too, can begin to explore the inner workings of who they are.

I received my 200 hour yoga certification in 2013 at PURE Yoga in Mahattan, under the instruction of Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hot power Vinyasa and Meditation, however, I am well-versed in myriad styles of yoga, and I try to integrate this variety into my teachings. I hope to offer dynamic and challenging asana, while honoring the authenticity of yoga's deep roots in spirituality and philosophy.
